Once upon a time there was a small, red dragon who lived in a cave on the highest mountain in China. The withdrawn being lived exclusively on the bright red flowers of the hibiscus bush and a selection of the most fiery chilies in his country. At night it flew on wide wings over the picturesque landscape and many a Chinese saw the majestic animal when it lit up the darkness with its fiery breath.
This or something like that could be the legend behind this legendary beer. Väike Punane Draakon, in English "Little Red Dragen", is an exotic sour ale that is brewed with the bewitchingly fragrant flowers of the hibiscus and hot chilli peppers. It is the perfect companion for Asian dishes of all kinds and tastes especially good when it’s really hot outside. Little Red Dragon is refreshing, wonderfully sour and tangy.
The Estonian sour beer is presented in the bright color of the red hibiscus in the glass, a head of foam with a hint of pink sits on the colorful beer. The hibiscus contained is not only evident in the color, it also dominates the rising fragrance. A fine chili note joins the fruity floral floral aroma. The initial drink reveals the dragon’s light-footed body and delights the tongue with a fresh cocktail of sour, floral, fruity and spicy components.
