In contrast to modern craft breweries, the Bayreuth brewery does not have a range that includes dozens of unusual, creative and unusual beer specialties. Instead, the traditional Franconian brewery concentrates on the production of three real classics: a Bavarian Hell , a yeast wheat beer and a powerful Bock. The reduction of the selection to three beers enables the brewers a maximum of precision, quality and control. Every bottle is brewed and filled with care and love and the recipe has been perfected over many years.

Year after year in summer, the brewers at the Bayreuth brewery prepare with great anticipation for the Bock beer season. The season for the popular strong beer begins in October and the fine drop is usually sold out quickly. If you are lucky enough to get hold of a bottle or two of the Bayreuth Bock, you will be rewarded with a copper-red beer specialty. The Bock smells of roasted malt, caramel and freshly baked bread; the impressive alcohol content of 6.8% is also noticeable. The initial taste reveals a voluminous body with soft carbon dioxide and a creamy texture. In terms of taste, the Bock presents an abundance of malt notes that taste like caramel, grain, dark bread and candied fruits and combine with delicate hops and warming alcohol.
