The successful combination of wine and beer is called Portler and, in addition to a selection of English hops, exquisite roasted malts and a strong yeast, also contains a portion of port wine. The wine contributes fruity, woody and spicy notes to the mixture, which go perfectly with the bitterness of the hops and the full-bodied malt notes.
Portler presents itself in a dark shade of mahogany in the glass and forms a delicate veil of ivory foam. The scent of red dried fruit fills your nose and makes you excited to drink.
