The new beer at Hanscraft & Co. is a pale ale. The light beer has a slim 5.0% alcohol content and is cold-hopped with two types of hops. Huell Melon and Kazbek give the light beer its fruity-fresh character, while the wheat malt ensures the velvety-soft mouthfeel.
Bavarian Nice Kazbek Melon flows into the glass in naturally cloudy amber gold and adorns itself with a small crown of fine-pored, creamy foam. From an olfactory point of view, the pale ale is particularly fruity: tangy notes of citrus fruits combine with the aroma of freshly picked berries to create a summery symphony. The initial taste caresses the palate with a mild texture and juicy fruit notes. The aromas of sun-ripened orange and sweet strawberry particularly stand out. The latest addition to the wide range of Hanscraft & Co. is a refreshing pale ale with soft fruit notes and a summery character.
Thanks to its mild aroma and tangy fruity notes, the Bavarian Nice in the Kazbek melon version goes wonderfully with various dishes. We especially like to drink the light pale ale with spicy dishes or dishes that contain fruit. We therefore recommend a green Thai curry with snow peas and chicken on fragrant jasmine rice and a mango parfait with honey and caramelized nuts for dessert. The beer elegantly balances the sharpness of the curry and particularly emphasizes the fresh fruitiness of the mango.
