Oberfränkisch Amber was the very first beer that the two boys from BroBier brewed. The red-brown delicacy brought fame and honor to the brewers and was the starting shot for their success story. The wide range of the Franconian brewery BroBier consists of a number of real classics, which have been breathed new life with the art of brewing and fresh ideas. In addition to the traditional beers, there are artisanal craft beers with Franconian charm. The amber belongs to the latter and inspires with its malt-accentuated character and wonderful color.
BroBiers Upper Franconian Amber flows into the glass in strong amber and shimmers copper-red when exposed to light. A dense, thick crown of slightly tinted foam sits on the clear body and exudes a scent that clouds your senses: roasted malt meets buttery caramel, roasted nuts and the aroma of freshly baked cookies on the nose. Pretty tempting! The initial taste proves that olfactory not too much was promised. A diverse malt symphony caresses the palate and tickles the taste buds with notes of roasted grain, caramelized nuts and sun-ripened oranges. The hops give the beer a fine bitterness, which in the finish increases to a crisp note and wonderfully balances the sweetness of the beer.
The Upper Franconian amber from BroBier is modern, cheeky and extremely tasty.
