As a rule, the respective experiences and skills of different brewers come together in a collaboration and then flow into a joint creation. The brewers of the Dutch breweries Oedipus and Noordt understood the processes of a collaboration in a completely different way and not only combined their knowledge, but also two of their beers. The brewers brought their favorite beers from their own range to the round table meeting: Oedipus chose their sparkling Lemon Gose Swingers and Brouwerij Noordt brought Noordtsingle, their American Wheat Ale, with them. The sparks flew immediately: there were sparks between the brewers and the chemistry between their brewed products was right. Following their enthusiasm, the brewers began to combine their beers on site and they did not rest until a harmonious mixture of Noordtsingle and Swingers had emerged.
In the spirit of successful cooperation, the two collaboration partners elicited their best sides from each other and managed to create the perfect symbiosis from two beers. Instead of putting their own stamp on one or the other, they have created a whole new beer that combines the most delicious things from both worlds. The successful creation is called Swingle and is a sour lager with a tasty 4.0% alcohol content and a refreshing, light-footed and fruity character.
